Director of Operations

Brian Mann is originally from Maumelle. He attended Catholic High School and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Brian has lived and worked in the Central Arkansas area for the past 25+ years and currently resides in West Little Rock with his wife and four children.

General Manager

A proud Little Rock native and Central High School graduate, brings her vibrant energy and dedication to customer service to Rock Management Roofing as the General Manager. With two years of roofing management experience, Crystal is known for her extensive knowledge in the industry and her commitment to exceeding client expectations. Her passion for providing top-notch service ensures that every project is handled with care and professionalism.

Senior Project Manager

Zain Saleemuddin, raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, is a Little Rock Central High and University of Arkansas at Little Rock alumnus with a background in Public Health. His diverse experience spans finance, healthcare, athletics, and data analysis. Now, he excels in the roofing industry, motivated by his commitment to Rock Management Roofing's exceptional service standards.

Project Manager

Hugo Arias serves as the Foreman/Project Manager at Rock Management Roofing. Originally from Sherwood, AR, he is an alumnus of Catholic High School. You can find him overseeing safety on every RMR job site, ensuring the well-being of both roofers and clients. Additionally, Hugo assists clients in securing a new roof covered by their insurance. In his leisure time, he dedicates himself to training at Westside MMA.

Sydni Redford, an Arkansas native and proud UALR alum, brings vibrant energy to Rock Management Roofing. With a background in kickboxing and modeling, Sydni thrives in the world of bartending and has been showcased in wedding and local magazines. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets. At Rock Management, Sydni channels her passion into providing homeowners with expert roofing solutions, dedicated to guiding them through the process with enthusiasm and expertise!

Sebastian Arias serves as a devoted Project Manager at Rock Management Roofing. Having graduated from Catholic High School, Sebastian contributes a local perspective and unwavering commitment to excellence in his position. At Rock Management, his main goal is to fulfill clients’ wishes and requirements, ensuring homeowners experience a sense of ease throughout the roofing process. During his free time, you can find him training in Jiujitsu or playing for the Rock Management Soccer team!

Aaron Talley, a Hooks, TX native and vital member of Rock Management Roofing since 2023, blends his diverse background in pediatric therapy and elementary education with his passion for coaching his son's sports teams. His creative and nurturing approach enhances our team.
